[TIER] ALL OR NOTHING

Here is my idea for this tier:

Its a 1v1 battle with destiny bond activated and you have to take out your opponent's pokemon in 3 turns. If you take it out, you win, if you don't take it out and your opponent takes your pokemon out you lose, but if you both don't take one another's pokemon out, its a draw.You can use any pokemon ONLY in Nu or Ru.
Here are the rules:
No Sleep Clause:You can't put your opponent to sleep.(this includes yawn)
No OHKO moves Clause:No guillotine,fissure,sheer cold and, horn drill.
No Choiced items Clause: you really want the game to end in 1 turn by a scarfed medicam or typlosion?
Moody Clause: Too much of an OP ability.
Evasion Clause:Too damn annoying!

Meh. Most 1v1 and cc1v1 games end in less than 6 turns, anyways... And by destiny bond I think you meant perish song?

yes i meant perish song.

Forgot to add 2 rules:
No moves over 60 base power clause:to make this game harder and fun.
Technician Clause: would be too op.

Hmm not bad but I think this will be ended up many ties.
