[TIER] TurboTrash

Here's my idea:

It's a 1v1 tier that uses LC pokemon and other pokemon that are considered "Trash" or "Unusable" and allows them to be supercharged to Uber Status with the L:1000 cap of custom Battles.

Other Rules:
8 move clause: Because these pokemon are the worst of the worst, their moveset is doubled.
Hackmons clause: Most of these pokemon in this tier are considered trash because of their limited Movesets, useless abilities, and Poor stats. This clause allows them to learn any ability and nearly any move.
Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokemon
OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
Moody Clause: Moody is banned
Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
HP Percentage Mod: HP is reported as percentages
Wonder Guard Clause: Wonder Guard ruined hackmons; T-Trash bans Wonder Guard.
Prankster Clause: Again, same as Wonder Guard in terms of ruining Metagames
Perish Song Clause: This move renders a lot of strategic 1v1 gameplay useless, thus, the ban
Magikarp's Revenge Clause: I really Wanted t include this, but you win automatically if you use it.
Outrage/Rollout/Uproar Clause: The power increase ruins metagames.
Allowed Pokemon: Any 1st Evolution of a 2 or 3 stage evolution pokemon with a BST lower than 335.

I think that this tier adds a fun and exciting element that brings worn out and bored 1v1 users to the oft-neglected and sparsely played tier that is LC
