/remind command Empty /remind command

Make the /remind a command for tourneys a notification that you get like when its your turn to move in battle. i think this will be helpful because every time i get reminded, I never realize it until I click on the tab to check if anythings going on.

Yeah, it only gives you a notification, at least for me, when I am on another window.

Ok so make it so that everyone can give money to other people using a command. Eg. /give arcainiagaming (number) bucks
