What do you guys think?

In my opinion, Deoxys-S could stay, Mega Lucario I'm not sure about, but I'm leaning towards it being banned, and Genesect I'm on the fence about.

While all of them have things that can deal with them, I kinda think Genesect and Mega Lucario should go. Just with its base stats, Genesect is a pretty potent mixed attacker with a massive movepool and an unfortunate speed tier. However, that thing gets Download, which means it doesn't strictly need an item to have devastating power. This opens up an item slot for the ever-so-commonly used Choice Scarf, which makes Genesect both a powerful force at +1 while also outspeeding almost everything. Until we get a priority Fire move, there's nothing you can do to convince me it's not too strong for the majority of OU. As for Mega Lucario, while its attacking stats don't provide as much power as something like Life Orb Lucario, it is fast enough to outspeed most things and hit hard with an Adaptability Close Combat. Add to this the fact that it has an Adaptability boost on two priority attacks (three if you count Vacuum Wave), and you'd better hope it doesn't have a chance to use Swords Dance. I feel like both of these Pokémon are simply too strong for most things to deal with.

Deoxys-S, on the other hand, is an interesting case. It has the fastest unboosted speed in the entire game, making it a very good trap setter. However, its other stats are soundly average, and its HP is rather low. The problem Deoxys-S has in Gen 6 that it didn't in Gen 5 is the relative ease of removing hazard. With the advent of Defog, spinblocking isn't always going to save your hazards. Add to this Deoxys-S' lack of bulk, and you're likely to have a dead hazard setter by the time the hazards are gone, leaving you no way to put them back up. Because of this, a frail hazard setter like Deoxys-S is going to have a less significant impact on the metagame than it may have in Gen 5. I'd be lying if I said I could comfortably say the same thing about potent sweepers like Mega Lucario and Genesect.

you're ignoring how potent deo s is as a recenge killer. even unboosted, it outspeeds most pokemon at +1 - pretty much evry relevant threat. while its base 95 spa may seem underwheing, a life orb can easily bring up its power. it's hardly frail, either, with very decent defensive stats. it also gets great coverage, with boltbeam, superpower and psycho boost.

It's not exactly frail in its physical and special defense stats, but its HP is still pretty pathetic. I do suppose its power can be respectable with a Life Orb, and it does indeed outspeed even many boosted threats. But there are many other threats that are much more powerful than it is while possessing respectable speed, and its previously most popular role is no longer as effective as it used to be, which makes it sort of an odd case. I do agree that it can be a potent attacker, but it still faces enough competition for its niche to be considered OU material. But really, Genesect and Mega Lucario are the main things that need to go here.
