Just a few suggestiond ofr some / or !commands

As the title suggests, I have a couple of suggestions for the commands, there are some improvement suggestions, and some new implementations, if possible, or not added
Add A timer to the /poll command: I say this because there have been a few times where someone would put up a poll, then leave, and we'd have to get someone to stop it for us, It may be done with a command like /2minutepoll or something, I'm unsure about that.
make a command for tourneys that picks one of the many tiers to do instead of doing polls: This could just be a simple command to use to choose a random tier so we don't have to or something. Do something like /tierchoose and possibly add a function that you can decide what tier groups... /tierchoose om, singles, doubles etc.
